The Running Hour 2015: Run so Others Can (10km)

My second 10km event of the year. I have been running more regularly since last year, and gotta say, I feel that I have really improved a lot. My stamina and endurance is better and my legs’ tolerance to distance is also steadier and stronger.

This time, to challenge myself a little bit, I decided to follow pacers for one hour. Just worth mentioning, one cool thing about this run was, not only that our visually-impaired brothers and sisters can participate, they were also allowed to pace. This event undeniably is to advocate inclusion and integration of people with special needs to the community.

Since I love running so much and I think, it would deepen even more if I do it purposefully, I think I will be volunteering.

Thanks to the pacers, I ,now, have another PB to beat. 10 km in 58++ minutes. Yey!

After the race, I participated in the 15minutes Zumba sessions to cool down.hehe

There goes my Sunday Morning.
