This walk is to raise awareness on prevention, and increased early detection of gynaecologic cancers.Gynaecologic cancers refers to any cancer that starts in women’s reproductive organs.
Well, I know for a fact that I have some close relatives who passed on and who is currently fighting different forms of cancers and because of this knowledge, I started doing things to somehow get involved in activities that may be able to help this group of people. I started off with donating my hair to make wigs for them, and then now, this walk.
I am afraid to get tested despite knowing that I am predisposed to having IT, somewhere in my system but soon, I will.
