Yep. We celebrated J’s birthday at Forest Adventure (825 Bedok Reservoir Road Singapore 479244)-> http://www.forestadventure.com.sg/

We excitedly walk into Bedok Resevoir. It was far away from the bus stop and it was a little bit difficult to find the place.

Upon reaching, we still had to wait for some people to come. Scheduled time for the briefing was 4pm but of course, some people still turned up later than this time.

The instructor thought us how to make use of all the “gadgets”. Initially it was confusing and we all thought, there were too much information at a go. Information overload I must say.

Each had to demonstrate everything we’ve learned as the instructor thoroughly checked if we were able to clearly understand all the safety precautions and instructions. Most of us were able to do it almost immediately.

And then……Off we go! The obstacle course was a 2.5hr of exhilarating fun in the trees!
While crossing these obstacles I was like thinking to myself, why in the world am I paying to make it so difficult on myself. Same question I usually ask myself when I join runs and races!

After all the screams and “feel the fear but do it anyway”moments, yay! We were able to successfully tackle all the obstacles including bridges, trapezes, logs, a leap of faith , 4 giant zip lines flying over the reservoir and the mini bungy!

It was a one of a kind experience, it had truly caused our adrenaline to rush and shoot up! So happy and successful after completion!

We were then rewarded with a sumptuous dinner at a Thai Restaurant sponsored by the birthday girl!
