I heard from Irene the other day about how sad the life of her sister, living opposite our house, is. Yeah. she looked fragile and old but she still needs to work to make a living. she has 3 sons, but according to irene, none of them help her financially.

Tonight is the start of chinese new year. For the first time, after over a year, she invited me in her house. I also saw her husband for the first time. He couldn’t move already, according to her, he has Parkinsons. She offered me a drink and invited me to go back to her house at midnight to watch tv and celebrate the coming of the new year with them.

Im still not sure if i should go. I wanna give her and her husband a bit of smile, but I dont wanna see how the sons are towards them…=(
